Construction Design Development Consulting
We provide constructability consulting to Architects, Builders, and Landscape Architects allowing them to achieve their design intent without breaking the clients budget. Project Management
Outerspaces Project Consulting project managers combine technical knowledge and experience to excellent management and organizational skills to establish a creative and collaborative relationship between client, professional team and contractor. Material, Training, and Labor Logistics
We provide a complete logistical service to support all stages of a project lifecycle. We provide material sourcing thru our International supply company Philadelphia Stone and container delivery to virtually anywhere. Since certain projects require construction expertise that may not be locally available Outerspaces has a network of resources to find, vet, and deliver expert labor anywhere it might be required. In places where labor is available but unskilled, and importing specialists is not possible or cost effective, Outerspaces can provide training services and lead foreman to organize and instruct local labor so they may then be able to carry on the project with only project supervision. Thru remote monitoring we are able to oversee construction cost effectively and monitor quality, and productivity.
