Landscape Contracting and Installation

Landscape contracting is defined as constructing, establishing, and maintaining landscapes from residential projects to large commercial and industrial projects, as well as producing plans for residential and commercial sites. Educated experts in this field develop skills in construction, site design, plant material usage, plant establishment, architecture, structural design, art history, and spacial planning. These experts are also educated in areas such as graphics, surveying, engineering, soil science, horticultural management, materials selection, and business operations.

As the Philadelphia areas most experienced, technically advanced and well respected landscape contractor we have been selected to create and renovate many of the regions most challenging and prestigious projects. In the last few years we were selected to manage and install the largest estate installation in the region as well as work as part of the design team. In 2007 Outerspaces was selected to handle the design and construction of all the exterior element for the regional larges home, and in 2009 we were selected to oversee the renovation of several of the major landscape features at the residence of John D. Rockerfeller in Kykuit New York. Virtually every major estate project in the Philadelphia area has Outerspaces handling one or more parts of the landscape, fountain ,or swimming pool construction.

As we move into the next decade Outerspacs has been selected to bring it's magic of garden design and construction to the Philadelphia International Flower show where we will install a 21st century Latin American urban oasis.

This years exhibit will feature glass water walls, a solar pergola, living walls, a perimeter overflow spa, the newest and sexiest furniture designs from Chique Products, and over 3000 tropical plants.
